Microscale Dewatering Testing
Microscale dewatering testing consists of hanging several types of small-scale dewatering bags with your project’s sediment sample to demonstrate the concept of dewatering through a FABRICTUBE™ or FABRICBAG™. Hanging bags give an indication of dewatering time and filtration efficiency to aid in determining the best product for your project. Hanging bags do not replicate actual dewatering conditions in a tube. If the material dewaters sufficiently in a bag, it will work even better in a FABRICTUBE™ & FABRICBAG™!
